Each day features a new location challenge with 4 stages: identify the country or territory by its shape, find its neighbors, match capitals, and recognize flags. Complete all stages to earn XP and maintain your streak.
Play daily to build your streak. Missing a day resets it to zero unless you have a streak freeze. Streak freezes protect your streak when you miss a day. You earn them automatically: +1 free freeze when your streak reaches 2 (replenishes whenever you have 0), +1 every 14 days of streak, and +1 bonus every 30 days. You can hold up to 5 freezes.
Leagues are weekly competitions. Players are grouped by skill level (Bronze to Diamond). Top performers in each league get promoted, while bottom performers may be demoted.
Currently, Geographly requires an internet connection to load daily challenges and sync your progress. We're working on offline support for future updates.
You can delete your account instantly from your profile page. Go to your profile, scroll to Account settings, and tap 'Delete Account'. Type DELETE to confirm. All your data will be permanently removed immediately.
Geographly is available in English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Russian. More languages coming soon!
Yes! Geographly is completely free. Play daily challenges, earn XP, compete on leaderboards, and unlock achievements without paying anything. No ads, no paywalls.
Streak freezes protect your streak when you miss a day. You can hold up to 5 freezes. You earn them in several ways: a free freeze is granted whenever your streak is 2+ days and you have 0 freezes, +1 freeze at every 14-day streak milestone, +1 bonus at every 30-day milestone, and some achievements grant freezes as rewards. Freezes activate automatically when you miss exactly one day.
Each stage awards XP. Stage 1 (Identify Location): up to 50 XP with a 25 XP speed bonus for guessing correctly on the first try within 10 seconds. Stage 2 (Neighbors): 10 XP per correct neighbor, +20 XP perfect bonus. Stage 3 (Capitals): 10 XP per match, -10 XP per mistake, +25 XP perfect bonus. Stage 4 (Flags): same as Stage 3. Complete all 4 stages for a 50 XP daily completion bonus.
